crunching reverse

hi i have been doing allot of research in the search box thingy.. but didnt quite get how you adjust the gear linkage on the gear box side?? has anyone got a link the pic's explaining it??

 

i have had a fiddle with both the adjusters and i think its getting better but i really want to eliminate the problem im having with reverse and 1'st completely.

You sure it's the linkage and not the hydraulic system starting to fail?

 

If the bite point is moving closer to the floor then it will cause the above!

i have checked the cir clip and its fine, i read your posts from your problem and some others. i have been fiddling with the linkage and i think its helping.. it feels like the problem is with the push down part to get into reverse..

 

 

i will check where the biting point is now... the clutch release bearing is making a noise when in neutral... i dont suppose that would suggest anything??
