Purds 1 Posted August 26, 2008 so as im saving up for wheels and coilovers im going over all the wheels a like, im thinking maybe borbet a's or maybe polished tt comps but even though the look good they are just too common, now im not sure what it will look like but i was thinking maybe mk5 gti alloys, has any one got any pictures of rados with them on, im not too handy on photoshop so if any could do one for me that would be great oppinions on what you think about the wheels are always welcome cheers rich Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest Posted August 26, 2008 All the wheels you mention will look good, Borbet A`s in 9j and 5x100 for a VR6 are pretty hard to find though, Borbet only make about 30 sets of A`s a year now and all of those are 4x100 fitment with the mk2 old skool gang in mind :wink: TT Comps look nice, very hard to find an OEM rim thats as cool as those, but as you say, quite common on mk3`s and corrados Mk5 rims :shrug: most are 18`s so even if they look good.......ya cars gonna handle pants and you will have endless clearance problems :camp: Have you had a look at the shmidt moderlines? if i hadnt bought my Borbets i would defo have a 16` inch set of them under every corner of mine Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
