Slimg60 0 Posted February 9, 2009 The problem with fitting a new intercooler is there isn't much room between the rad and slam panel, so unless you want to get the grinder out it's best going for a slim one. As has been said the sprinter intercooler fits, and I've fitted a Landrover TD5 intercooler. I think it needs to be less than 40-50mm deep to fit i think :scratch: The one to try and get hold of is a Golf G60 intercooler, but these sell for stupid amounts of money.
