horney 0 Posted March 27, 2009 Hi Folks, Got a very slight miss fire on the old girl. Only happens when up in the mid revs and higher and it's a slight cough every now and again not a consistant thing. Changed the cap, leads and arm to no avail. Does anyone know if the coil is the same on these as a 1.8 16v KR (Golf or Rado) as I can get one from a mate but not sure if it'll work. I'm not able to get to GSF or other over the weekend due to being away. Really gutted as I wanted to take it up the strip on sunday but I'm not going to run it up with it's occasional cough.
