Corrado V6 24V DubSport downpipe problem

Hi,

 

I have recently placed a V6 24V engine into my Corrado and have a DubSport downpipe installed. However I have a problem! There seems to be a rasping noise coming from the engine bay and it appears to be from this downpipe. I have had the thing off too many times, fitted fresh gaskets (now have 2 installed) and exhaust puttey and still get the same problem. Anyone else come across this problem on this particular conversion?
