locking doors

when unlocking the door the central locking system has somehow gone wrong ive checked all the pipes and they are fine but when you unlock the drivers side door the car just locks itself up again ? its seems the system is sencing a door isnt unlocked so locks everything back up ? any ideas to get it back working againg ???

Have you had the door handle apart/ off ?

 

If so, you may have inserted the barrel upside down !

did you ever figure this out mine does the same thing. is there a way to just disable it? running battery down

mine used to do it (last time I checked it was 1 or 2 years ago).

 

if I locked using i.e. passenger's door pin (or door lock with the key), it had to be opened through the same door; otherway, what you described happens.

 

It may be another good point of owning a corrado, like the only one window rolling at a time

if a person unhooked the battery for a few mins would it reset system?

noticed i can unlock door from outside with key on driver but not on pass side does that mean anything?

I had something similar and it was the barrel on the boot the rubber dust seal thing was not letting the barrel out all the way small flat screw driver pushed it back in.

is that something you need to take door panel off to do ?
