Engine carrier crossmember bushes 16 valve

Can anybody tell me how much the crossmember bushes are and are they dealer only!! Is it worthwhile replacing them :shrug:

They hardly wear to be honest but they are only £4 each...

 

I bought new ones as I had to saw the old ones off when I got mine blasted and powdercoated.

 

They are a git to press in too!
