Weird ringing noise coming from dizzy area

I've recentely had a few problems with one of my temp sensors on my early valver and since swapping the water gauge wire and isv wires round to run the car until I can fix it the car has developed a weird ringing noise (high pitched bleeping/tone sound) around the dizzy and only starts making the sound when the cars warmed up. It only appears above 1500rpm when driving but stops when changing gear. I revved the engine with the bonnet up and caught it so that it made the noise when stationary to work out exactly where it was coming from and its either the dizzy itself or the idle valve. I know the idle valve buzzes and is meant to buzz but this is louder and when running.

 

Could it be the dizzy or its bearings on its way out or the isv. Or is it something totally seperate anyone has experienced.

 

Any help peeps I've done a search but couldn't seem to see anything.
