mk3 obd1 vr6 brake master cyliner upgrade?

I've upgraded to 288mm and later style calipers from obd2 cars a few years ago

 

 

Going to be doing a bit of an engine overhaul this summer and was wondering if there is a master cylinder upgrade for this car to increase clamping power as i have been driving a mk4 20v turbo (same size brakes 288mm and same calipers)
