daleyboy 0 Posted July 2, 2010 Continuing my attempt to ask the most stupid question on this forum :cuckoo: , i got some polybushes and have lost the piece of paper in the kit and dont know which way up the front crossmember bushes go.............. :shrug: The old ones were so shagged its impossible to tell from the photo's when i took it apart, im pretty sure its the fat end at the top and the tapered end at the bottom, can someone confirm ?............. :brickwall: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Anyway i have found out after googling it and trawling through loads of forums.......... The bushes go in underneath the cross member tapered (thinnest) side pointing up, and before anyone laughs :nono: i took them to a VW specialist and he asked me what way they went in :brickwall: Here's a photo ive nicked from somewhere...............and its upside down, which is helpful............ :gag: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
