A5 VRX 0 Posted July 25, 2010 Just been doing the coilovers on the rear of the VR, thought the bolts and collars would be interchangable but no! Where do you get nuts and the other bits to finish the top of the rears off? AJ

Critical_Mass 10 Posted July 25, 2010 Had this same issue myself. I went to Lark speed and they were fcking useless. In the end i got some from a local DIY shop. If you search for 'Koni top mount nuts' or something like that and look for it as me as author, there should be a thread. If you have no luck, let me know i can get some for you and post them on. A5 VRX 0 Posted July 25, 2010 Cheers, thought i was nearly there then the metal collars and 2 nuts are to small!! Oh the joys! AJ
Supercharged 2 Posted July 25, 2010 Yeah, they are 1mm bigger - The bits come in the Kit so I'd contact Koni or a supplier. You will also need to drill out the top plates too although I'd buy new ones and also wax them.
A5 VRX 0 Posted July 25, 2010 Where can you buy the correct plates? Coilovers are 2nd hand thats why they didn't have the nuts/plates Thanks Adam
