Help. Anyone know a good bodyshop in Essex??

Last night a white van man managed to rip my front bumper of the car. As I was pulling out of a turning the bloke drove straight across the front of me as if I wasn't there and hit my bumper. He didn't stop just carried on and ripped it clean of the car. Fortunatley upon inspection there would appear to be no damage to the car except the bumper.

Now the real question is, do I go for standard replacement or do I modify it??

My car is standard bar a set of 17's and a mesh grill.

Whatcha think I should do.

 

P.S. Any links you know to websites that sell C bumpers would be great. I can have a nose around then.

They do a rather nice PLASTIC RS4 bumper now that's pretty easy to fit and is rather well made... 8)

Looked at that already. Looks a bit tasty that one. Any others worth a mention? Although I am leaning toward that one though. Are you changing the rear as well? :?: :?:

I'd stick with the OE bumper & maybe mod it a little... :wink:

Thanks. Luckily it's just the bumper and no metal parts to sort.

 

I have thought about that. Maybe flushing the number plate area and meshing out the bottom part of it. Possibly putting some crystal style lights in as well. Gonna have to do some research on the cost's involved and then decide.

 

I'll let you know what I decide.
