pallet30 10 Posted August 17, 2011 on my 1991 g60 i have to wiggle the back of the barrel to start the car. does anyone know whats up with it, as soon as i touch the wires it starts. new to corrados ( tell by all the random posts i do ) but everytime i get one thing done to the car somthing else pops up as a problem. Corrado ownership trait unfortunately, going through a pad patch myself. Driving it turns you back into a believer. Check the wiring, if none of it is loose. It could be the ignition switch on its way out, common problem. THey do wear over time. Do a search mate, covered plenty of times. When you buy a new one, makes sure its a VAG part not a pattern.
