My VW Corrado 1.8 20vt (Originally 1.8 16v)

Fitted with a 150hp AGU 1.8t engine (stronger internals and larger ports in head)

This car can also achieve 45mpg quite easily as it is quite light with such an efficient engine, the engine is also very responsive and nice to drive.

*Boost gauge in car

*Series 2 RS Turbo front seats fitted on custom subframes

*Tax until March 2012

*Quite a lot of history that i have collected along with previous owners

*Central locking

*Electric mirrors

*Brand new 16v radiator fitted two weeks ago with blue silicone top hose

*New fuel filter included (does not need one but I was going to fit for piece of mind)

*Black dashboard conversion

*Fly component speakers in the front doors

*been four wheel aligned at ATS euromaster

Draw backs:

*Dent in the bonnet (see pictures)

*Passenger window doesnt work (however i do have a new mechanism which is yet to be fitted)

*The car generally needs a good tidy up paint wise, (the dent in the bonnet, stonechips, paint wear on the sidesteps etc.) Although it does still polish up very well for a 21year old car!

*Knocking from lower pass side, but it has had a new wheel bearing, pads, both lower control arms with ball joints so I would presume that its a track rod end

*Missing front lower speaker grills

*No rear door cards or rear speaker shelfs

All in all the cars positive features greatly outweigh its draw backs. It is very enjoyable to drive and is capable of providing a large amount of power to the driver.

The car is still registered as a 1.8 16v on the logbook, although I found it cheaper to insure the car as a 195 bhp 20vt with Greenlight Insurance.

The car has a few minor details that need doing to it to complete, I simply dont have the time.
