MegaSquirt Power from CIS engine harness?

Hi people

 

me and mate are looking into Megasquirt, I understand the wiring for the install except I would like to use the existing relays in the car for the fuel pump and to power the ECU.

 

Can some one tell me how they powered their Ms installs?

 

Car is 1990 16v corrado running k-jet (cis)
