Fitting a chip in a G60, looking for instructions

I dont know if they were on here or on the e-group but I am sure I read a mail/post with detailed instructions on how to fit a chip in a G60 about a week ago.

Does anyone know where it was, or is there anyone with the time to explain it to me.
