What's the best brake set-up options for 16" 4 stud?

For heavy/racing use?

 

Currently running Willwood Superlight 310mm floating disc setup on front and OEM rears with uprated discs and pads. Car weighs appx 1,000 kg. Tried various pads. Would like a bit more stopping power. Would consider changing wheel size and hubs if needs be.

 

Two questions please:

 

1. What are the best available options for front and rear upgrade?

 

2. Would upgrading rear and properly biasing improve the braking performance noticeably?
