Mint Green Corrado 16v

Recommended Posts

Began stripping the Rado engine out this weekend, fitted new clutch to the 20vt engine. Progress is going slowly as encountering some structural issues.... Had to buy a new drivers side wishbone due to the previous owner apparently having a small accident and not really fixing anything - just bent the damaged bits back into place :s. Anyway - that new one is on now and we're getting there!

Plans for the coming week is to fabricate a new downpipe in stainless steel maintaining the de-cat, cut the cross member down to slim it to mount a large intercooler, and do a bit of welding on the subframe to patch a few bits up and strengthen it up.

Getting there mate, few niggles to sort but the engine will bolt straight in :)

Tricky bit will be when it comes to rewiring the instrument cluster and converting it to the later model wiring lol
