4 wires cut where do they go

Hi all i have a 1990 corrado 1.8 16v and have had the dash out to replace the heater matrix and have found 4 wires cut the other end has a white plug that then goes ito the body passener side near blower motor they are red/green brown/black blue/green brown/red cant see anything not working any ideas
