Philstrm250 10 Posted June 1, 2014 Hi mate, I'm interested in the manifold if it's still for sale? Could you tell me the date stamp on the underside please, month and year it was made? If you could please PM me a pic. of the ser. no. and date stamp in the casting that would be great. Is it from an early or late 2.9 engine? Cheers

Philstrm250 10 Posted June 2, 2014 Hi, no problem at all. I don't think there are any differences between an early or late 2.9 inlet manifold anyway?, but it would be good to know what year it was made and the engine it came off, thanks for getting the info. for me. Is the manifold free from any damage and in vgc? It looks really good. Do you know who did the polishing on the manifold? Cheers mate.

Philstrm250 10 Posted June 2, 2014 Many thanks for the info. jon_vr6 and the pics. Yes I remember now that the 2.8 casting is different to the 2.9. Phil_OCC could you please modify your advert as this is a 2.8 Golf inlet manifold and not a Corrado 2.9. I'll leave it thanks as it's not the right manifold for me.
