Schrick vac feed

Recommended Posts

Morning all.

I'm just installing my Schrick inlet manifold, I have everything mounted, but wondered where people have taken the Vac feed from that goes to the collector?

I have the T just not sure where to break in

Thanks

If its a vr6 you dont need to , theres a vac line that runs down the side the timing chains are on , if you feel with your hands there you will find an out let slready there for you it should have a green cap on if i remember correctly

Find that and you shouldnt nedd to cut and use your own t piece

As above there's a couple of take offs on the brake servo non return valve. Word of advice though - be gentle with the caps as they go brittle and added to the fact they've probably never been off, you run the risk of snapping the take off.

Ask me how I found that out :(

Awesome, thanks gents.

I was going to do this today, but it turned out that what I really wanted to do was build half of Ikea on my one day off this week. I'm not bitter or anything, just saying.

I will have a look see for the points you say one night in the week and hopfully might take another step to getting the bloody thing on the road some time soon

Sad but true... :D

We have all done it!

I did the crack pipe

Bolt for the fuel tank strap - enjoyed that one

Half the mounts for the rear parcel shelf support

The list goes on
