sold Late VR6 genuine VW rear exhaust silencer and tailpipe

Hi,

 

Just dug this out of the corner of my workshop. It's a genuine VW late VR6 rear exhaust silencer, complete with tailpipe and hangers:

 

 

 

 

 

It has however been chopped off the rest of the system with a gas axe and therefore isn't exactly 'ready to fit' - see below picture:

 

 

However, with a bit of fettling and possibly an adaptor sleeve it should be fairly straightforward to get it to fit an aftermarket stainless system (and therefore retain the standard look with possibly a slightly fruitier exhaust tone) - that was the reason I bought it however I no longer own a roadworthy Corrado so have no use for it!

 

Just looking for what I paid for it please - £30 posted.
