Auto to manual conversion

Hi all I had my vr Corrado converted to manual over a year ago with no issues and extremely happy with the work that was done,now for some reason the rear spoiler is playing around,I had posted about the spoiler and someone suggested I post to say it's been converted from auto to manual.

Is there a switch on the manual gerbox that tell the module as replaced the module and stripped the gears and greased and it has a mind of its own but then it suddenly works with no issues
