matty golf 0 Posted September 2, 2016 Im rebuilding my 24 v motor its a long time since I stripped it. Ive noticed there are 3 different lengths of head bolt doesany1 have a diagram of where the go. Rado87 10 Posted September 2, 2016 When I rebuilt my ABV VR6 the head bolts were 3 (from memory) different lengths too. Although I had the old ones stabbed through a piece of card for reference, i think you could probably see which go where by holding them up against the engine.
