Low cost solution to the Light Adjuster problem.

Here's my attempt; spot welded an M6 square bolt on to an 3/16 x1 1/4 washer, I then used epoxy to secure it to the headlight:

It hold really well and now allows me to adjust the height of the beam again!.

 

All in it cost me around 50p per side so a lot cheaper than other methods that have been suggested on here.
