misterbeck 10 Posted May 5, 2017 (edited) Late Sports cloth interior 181000 miles It comes with a heavy heart that i finally arrived at the decision to say adios to my VR6 which i that has been my daily drive for the last 18 years. Purchased as a part exchange from TVR dealership in 1999. Although the mileage is relatively high at 181000 the engine is very strong and sound and has never had any major issues. The car has always been driven responsibly and never thrashed like many of the VR6s out there. There is no sign of any timing chain or tensioner work required. The car has been meticulously maintained to a high standard and mechanical work only carried out by Stealth and The Phirm over the last 5 years. It still pulls very well and is a pleasure to drive. The body work is in excellent condition with no rust. Recent 3/4 body work respray. Smart dent repair specialist has recently taken out small knocks out of driver and passenger doors. Recent refurb of Speedline wheels The interior is pretty close to immaculate. Front drivers seat bolster recently replaced and in very good condition. Just a couple of pieces of loose trim. 12 months MOT. Part service history. 3 keys. Literally 1000s of pounds splashed on it especially over the last 2 years. Good points: Interior: Immaculate interior, carpets in great condition, replaced driver seat. Engine runs fine and car pulls very well. New coil pack fitted (RAC) New battery (3 year guarantee) (RAC) ABS sensor and interior light fixed (Stealth Racing) New oil cooler unit + seal (The Phirm) New HT leads + plugs (Stealth Racing 6 months ago) New gearbox mount (The Phirm) O2 sensor rewired (The Phirm) All oil sensors renewed.
