One minded window swithces

So my G60 has developed an odd problem. The window swithses will only make the windows go down. IE If I push up....they go down too! I thought it might be a shot module in the back but I whacked a spare in and the same issue happens. This happens on both the driver and passenger door.

 

Any ideas? Everythgin was working fine five eminutes before. If it was one side I could blame wirign...but both?
