setting up an sns chip

So i need a new chip for the car as i have done a few different things to it since i got it, going well but think it would benefit from an upgraded chip. So as i understand its not plug and play and requires getting set up correctly, does this mean just the fueling etc needs fiddled with? Ie.my own mechanic could do this? He has a rolling road but tunes mainly jap. Does the car need remapped with software specific to a g60 as there would be no tuners here in Northern Ireland.

Ask your mate if he still has an older emulator that can extract the main look up tables present on the G60 eeprom. What kind of mods. have you carried out on the engine since you fitted the sns chip?

What version of eeprom are you using, stage 1 or 5?
