baff 10 Posted January 24, 2019 Hi guys, I have a newbie question Does the corrado 2.0 16v 9A has a ecu vacuum line? I have some idle problems, cleaned the ISV, and after looking thru the forum I saw that the ecu vacuum line for G60 and VR6 is sometimes the issue. I looked at my ECU and I just don't seem to find one. Thank's for the support!
baff 10 Posted March 13, 2019 Ok! So... this is what the back of my ECU looks Should I plug the ECU vacuum in this hole? Is it supposed to have a plug of some sort? Thanks!
vw rule 19 Posted March 16, 2019 Hello there, I don't think the 2.0 16v has a vacuum hose going to the ECU, the G60 has so the ECU can measure the vacuum advance or the boost. But like I say the 1.8 16v and 2.0 16v Corrado's don't normally have a vacuum hose to the ECU. There sometimes is a black or green plastic/rubber bung / plug, in the back of the ECU but not always, i.e to seal the hole you are showing in your photo.
