Supercharged 2 Posted September 23, 2004 If its like mine then there is a 13mm bolt underneath the front of the car that tensions the belt between the pump and the bracket, check the belt for condition, replace if cracked and spray some silicon belt dressing if its still screeching Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Henny 0 Posted September 23, 2004 you also need to undo the mounting bolts on the pivot for the P/S pump else it won't move as you adjust the tensioner and you'll end up breaking something... There's a hidden bolt inside the mounting which you get at from the nearside of the mounting... have a GOOD look around under there to try and work out how it all pivots, and you'll see what I mean... 8) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
