First pre production loom made last night so waiting for my mountings to be made and delivered to mount the the relays in a line and then mount to the slam panel but anyway is getting there :-) Sean

Due to the cabke supplier upping the prices there 60 pounds without a spare relay and 65 with delivered :-) Sean

Did a loom.routing mock.up last night please specify wether you want your loom routed this way (through chassis holes and alongside fog light wiring) which will mean the offside headlight plug will need plugging up yourself (very easy) or if you want it to run straight along the front panel (without going through chassis holes) with the plug already attached Can't wait to say goodbye to the candles in a jar I done my t4 a few weeks back and the difference is staggering Sean (photos just to show routing and relay location) [ATTACH]83128[/ATTACH]

No problem soldering is great if you got a digital soldering iron and know the basic fundamental parts to soldering is mainly just practice and patients lol

Solder dude they come with a couple inch tails on the baces.. I don't use crimp type tags anywhere I will always either solder wires and heat shrink them or solder terminals onto wires where needed then there is no chance cor corrosion to cause issues later down the line

No there 4 pin plugs direct to your head lights

The fuse housing was easily available however the relays and sockets were not. that's the item delaying production I have got the wire the fuses and the plugs but the relays have to come direct from the other side of the world as theres no UK suppliers but I will order a load after this batch to supply the UK with them.. Lucky my aeronautical engineering background I'm good with aspects of wiring and have much experience in the car electrical wiring and diagnostics area :-) hence making these looms be nice to put my expertees into something that I love ( my vr6) and why not help others......

No I failed to mention that......

Could we not drill the Head off remove the headlight then gain access to the remains

That's who I got the 10 sets from he seems to be the only one in the world with any left however don't think he has any more

I may beable to make some more but they won't have plugs on then you will.have to solder your own headlight plugs onto them unless I go raiding all the local scrappy I seem to have bought the last 10 pairs of plugs known to man...

I have ordered 49 relays 3 per loom and one spare per loom if people want them so that's 40 I need 3 for my car and 2 for my van and a spare so I.will have 3 relays left to make an 11th loom if need be but I.do only have 10 sets of plugs I'm hard wiring my own loom to use my original plugs so all depends if I can get more plugs if I can and after the first 10 have gone I may order more bits to make more if there's a high enough demand as I am going to be making t4 looms Aswell once I have done the first corrado batch
