anyone removed their own immobiliser from the ecu? i.e. coded it out? im sure ive got the software to do it, but ive never done a vr6 ecu before. and i need to purchase an eeprom programmer so i can play about with my own maps for a more project side of things. got a mk2 vr6 with a 2.8 engine. 2 ecus, one immobilised and 1 de-immobilised. so wanted to play with the immobilised one at my leisure really for a bit of hands on learning. anyone?
