Did the heater matrix this morning and a service. And all back together

I bought this a few weeks ago. Been well looked after and full service history. I'm driving it as a daily. Needs a few little odds and ends before I decide what the long term plan is. Heater matrix is the 1st thing to be changed!

I've just had mine out to get at heater matrix, had a fight with mine so it may get your hacksaw mod before refitting too!

I'm just in from starting the horrid job that all older vw's suffer from. It's been a while since I've done one, and never on a corrado, I've the glovebox out and central part of dash stripped. I know it's possible to do it without taking the entire dash out. What else do I need to remove to get to it?

Is there any regular vw meets around the Chester/south Manchester area that anyone knows about?

I'm doing a full service and some other bits and pieces on the vr6 in the next week or so. I need to get a set of plug leads but where I usually buy my parts won't sell me a set because id only end up bringing them back in! Where can I get a good set of leads that's not going to cost me the earth?

Both sides at the front...... Just behind the front wheel on the sill there's a jacking point.

Hello everyone, name is rob. I've just bought a vr6 carrado after a long time out of fun vw's! I've scrolled through here many a time but seeing now I own one I can try fit in! I'm currently living 20mon from Chester.
