  1. Tis a bugger of a job, had to do mine a couple of months ago! Make sure you put every screw back in otherwise you might get a very annoying rattle. Also, if you are replacing the heater matrix with the plastic version then watch out for a load of steam when you first start the engine. Followed by some pain fumes, highly normal I was told as it's the plastic pipe ends that are heating up and the black paint coming off. Boy did I get I shock when my car filled with the stuff :D
  2. DOH! It was my fault, I forgot to put the spacers on. The car is fine now, thanks for all your help! :D
  3. I made doubly sure that they we're damn tight before I moved the car. I tightened them with a proper power-tool meant for tightening wheel nuts, although I'll have another look in the morning and double check. :)
  4. Hi, I brought 4 new 15" Alloys and tyres the other day and fitted them 2 my corrado, getting rid of the scuffed 17" ones I had on there before. Although there seems to be a problem: As soon as I go 60MPH or faster the whole car starts to vibrate, now this didn't happen on the 17" wheels so have I done something wrong or forgotten to do something? Your help will be truly appreciated :D Thanks, James ----------------------------------------------------- 1991/H VW Corrado 1.8 16v, 116k miles -----------------------------------------------------
