LLandow have just confirmed to us that they are unable to guarantee medical and marshall cover for the date of the track day. Therefore we would like to propose that the event be moved to Friday 27th August. this is one week later and full cover of the aforementioned services will be available for this date. Should any of you be unable to attend this date, or have any questions please let us know. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but as a team we all feel that it is better to be safe than sorry. regards

it def didnt fit, was quite different. but its problem solved. 8) basically the pump had come loose and was just sitting sideways in tank, so when fuel level got low it was sucking air and fuel and then finally just air. guage was reading pretty fuill at the time, but that was also down to the pumpbeing sat on its side.

i saw an indicated 150 this evening on my private track, car was still pulling too albeit not quickly

yes but well lanes rollers are notoriously innacurate. before and after figures are only really useful for comparison on same day, same conditions, same rollers really. otherwuise too many factors come into play. 20bhp tho sounding a lot isnt actually unfeasable, dont forget we r talking about a car with nigh on 200bhp to start with, so its only 10% ish. Play with the fuelling and timing and yeah i can see a 10% gain is within the realms of possibility, especially when u factor in that the car is already most likely running non standard inlet (air filter) and exhaust which is allowed for in the cusotm mapping. its when u get idiots with saxo vtr's etc claiming large gains u wanna be really worried.

anyone know a part number for this relay (1994 VR6) and is it the same as any other vw?

they still flash when alarm is turned on/off tho

my indicators have just stopped working. :( theyve been intermittent all evening, but fiddling with the fusebox started them working b4. now theyve stopped altogether. (hazards as well)

i treated the car (and myself) to some new components yesterday shud sound good. ive got one question tho. also bought some oxygen free speaker cable, how easyt is it to feed new stuff thru to the tweeters?

no they dont. they take the signal from the coil generally. counting the pulses iirc.
