I received this the other day. Wanted to know - Did you trim the aluminium pipe by the throttle body end? I offered it up to the car and it seemed very close to the brake fluid reservoir even with the pipe right up against the throttle body (with no silicone pile in between) Or do you have a pic from above to see how yours fits. Thanks again

Before anyone flames me, yes I have done a search! But reason for this thread was if anything has changed/opinions lately So what’s the best cams to use or consider on a stock VR for street use. With full decat exhaust and possibly BMC CDA I have shortlisted the following from research - schimmel 263 - autotech 262 - Schrick 268 Ideally don’t want to touch the valve springs.
