hello people, i have got an enoying problem with my car:- when i am slowing down or rolling to a stop "from about 10mph - 0mph" you can hear a winding/grinding/rubbing noise on the front end. You can hear the noise for one second then for one second it stops, then it starts again etc. its abit hard to explain this one, i have had all new ball joints, wheel bearings, track rod ends and sub-frame. what can it be?

ALRIGHT LADS, i have just looked at a post on here about the colour of power steering pump fluid (green vw) i have been putting the red stuff in mine for 4 months. im getting it changed tomorrow, would this have caused problems. what problems can this cause

can you tell from looking at your engine mount if its fucked or which top mounts shall i change, front or back how much is the engine mount? how much are front top mounts? is this a big expensive job? should i be driving my car every where with it being like this?

alright lads, i have had a problem with my corrado vr6 for ages now. when i am accelarating, letting my clutch up, pushing my clutch in, changing up and down gears, braking and sometimes when i go over bumps i get a KNOCKING/CLUNKING noise and i can feel the knock near the pedals. it is realy pissing me of because i have spent a fucking fortune trying to get it sorted. i have had these things done to try and stop this from happening: - .STEERING RACK/COLUMN AND BRAKETS CHECKED OUT .NEW SUBFRAME .NEW BALL JOINTS .NEW WHEEL BEARINGS .NEW TRACK ROD ENDS PLEASE HELP is this my engine mounts or top mounts and which top mounts should i change? front and back or just front? can yuo tell if the engine mount is fucked by looking at it?

alright people, got a problem and its a pain in the ass and needs sorting. my temp gage aint working, some wanker when installing an imobliser pulled all my fucking wires out of my fuse box. an auto electrical place has replaced them all and everything works fine now. it has been back to him twice to see if he can sort my temp gage out and he cant. he has checked the yellow and other switches on the thermostat and wires which control the temp gage and its still not working, he said the wire is not broken because there is power at both end of the wire, from coming out of the thermostat, going into the fuse box and wire going up into the dach that connects to the temp gage. can anyone help please, if i taken it to volkswagen and got it pluged into a computer. would the computer show what was wrong? do you thinck something has shorted on the clocks and these need replacing?
