Wow man! Just read this whole thread start to finish, so much effort gone into this and the end result is just amazing. When you had it on bronze speed lines is exactly how I’d love to have a dragon green. What car does the shrick manifold come from or is it just an aftermarket part? Is there much involved with getting it to fit?

Hey guys, really enjoying the forum so far. I’ve got two Clio 172 phase 1s as project cars but my daily is a Golf 6R and I had a mkv GTi before that so I do like my VWs. I’m currently looking to swap or sell one of the Clios so I can get a VR6 or G60 that I can work on and make nice. I’ve done quite a bit of general fettling and electricals before but I’m about to take a leap and try out mechanicals and basic engine servicing as I’m really keen how to properly maintain and restore/refresh engine parts and braking systems so I’m sure the forum will be a great help.
