I just got the matrix from this place called bus depot, they sell the good original stuff at better prices :) i hear that the coppor matrix is better than the aluminum one ? but i guess it don't matter now cause i didn't get the copper one. i'll check to see if i have that valve i hope i do but i guess even if i do have it , it didn't work :wink:

Henny, i Dont know if i got that Valve or not i hope i do but when the core went, the steam came in the car but i just came from the car and i unpluged the hoses and i connected them together with a link made for that purpose so now i have the coolant flow in the motor i hope that does the trick untill i get the core fix in a week or two. :?

OK thanks i'll do it right away i'll get the copper pipeght away from HOME DEPOT , thanks guys but i'm shacking with fear do you think i messed up anything in my motor i drove 30 miles with it like that ??? :cry:

well i told most of you about my heater core problem, i'm fixing it next week but for the time being i took the hoses and i pluged them to stop the steam. i took them out of the heater core and pluged each end. was that a good move? the car seems to be runing fine but i dont know about the long run, i did it yesterday and i put some water in to make up for what i lost in the process but this morning i had to put more water in , whatls up with that??? :?

i'm going nuts right now :shock: it htink its a good deal but does it come with the fuel pump and rad berings ? cause all that is gonna have to get changed :wink:

kevhaywire, Thanks i'll take my time. i dont even know if my car raddles or not but i'm sure it does i just never realized it do i just tighten the screws or is there something else ?

I'm thinking of changing my coolant next week cause i have to change my heater core anyways but i dont know what to get should i get the G11 (blue coolant) that's for the older motors or should i get the G12 (red coolant) that's for the newer motors someone told me that the G12 is better and it last a lifetime but i think my car came with the G11. So what should i do stick to the same or change is good :?

A20 LEE, good looking outi called the dealer and there talking about some BS so i will do it myself, i got the instructions online from CCA ( corrado club america ) they look pretty good and its a step by step guide and they also tell me where all the nuts and bults are and they also said it would take up to eight hours but i'll just start next weekend on friday i should be done by sunday. Thanks a buch guys i dont know what i would have done without you your help :mrgreen:

I was driving to work yesterday and i notice steam coming out of my vents i was like :shock: when i got out of work it was dfoing it again and this time my coolant light was on so when i got home i checked on the coolant and it was low so i put some water in it cause its the only thing i had. when i turned the heater on there was so much steam coming out it was like a magic trick, i'm thinking its the heater core that leaking??? am i right or wrong ? what else could it be ? PLEASE HELP ME :cry:

Trust me guys get rid of that canister and get a CAI, its the bomb :mrgreen:

i love the VR6 i think it would be a great add on but the motor is everything but light so its gonna add on to his cars weight and it runs really hot and can be expensive so tell him to think about it, if he wants more power he can get a better supercharger :) but dont get me wrong i LOVE my VR6 :mrgreen:
