Please help me. I need a paint for my Lilac vr6 L reg. Is there a reference somewhere other than in the boot?

Either: 1. the person who sold me my VR6 for 7000, as it was as "sweet as a nut". (hahaha, hence 3000 worth of repairs in two years.) Why did't i just buy a 944s instead?) or 2. Main stealer when they robbed me of my car for five days, over a month, spending 700 of my money to finally change the coil pack. Silly me, I thought main dealer VW meant, we charge over the odds because we have the expertise and kit to solve all problems. Bollox. Plus they were rude with it as well, suggesting I take my car else where! :evil:

Where on or off the car can I reference the paint match. I've looked in the back and the strip with the number is missing!

132 on the M50. late morning on a Saturday. No other cars, bright sunlight, no rain. Whoops got 3 points, camera got me doing 96. fair cop govenor. :shock: I almost lost my license. Was advised to write a covering letter explaining my guilt and the state of my car.Two new tyres, just MOT'd and serviced. 132 was the beginning tho, the VR wanted more more more...

My vr6 now needs one more repair to be mint, that is a replacement exhaust. Alas on the VR the tube goes over the axel. What is the solution?
