Hi guys. Just had my insurance renewal through the post - £631.05 to insure my 2ltr 8 valve M-plated silver Corrado with a scorpion exhaust and I am 26 years old ! That’s serious money – At this point in time who is the cheapest Corrado insurer out there anyone know ?? And who’s yours with, what you got and how much is it ? Cheers guys Ryan

I looked on ebay - there is one that finishes in 6 days time but my problem is that I cant switch my lights off - they are stuck on ! In 6 days my battery will be flat !!!! :lol: I have ordered it now from VW, I did ask if it was the standard plastic one or the solid platinum upgraded version - but its the standard one.

£60 for a headlight switch - wow ! :(

I have a Tesco credit card, if I spend 2 pounds at Tesco I get 3 points on my clubcard. Between the Corrado and my girlies car petrol makes up quite a lump of money at the end of the month so I’m Tesco all the way. Never had a problem, other then I cant keep up with other Corrados – maybe it dissolved my other 8 valves !!!

Thats why I took the Discovery - much better dogging potential than the Corrado !!!!

I was in Hollands Wood camp site over in the middle of the New Forest over this bank holiday weekend having a well earned break. 3 Corrado’s parked in there !!!!! K plate Silver 16valver – nice wheels ! Dragon Green 16 valver – L plate I think. Purple VR6 – M-plate I think. Any takers ????? And to think I was in a clapped out blue discovery, my lady couldn’t believe I got that excited!

Even in a scrap yard the Corrado is still shiny!

Yesterday at Chalk Springs Fishery in Arundel - blue 16valve - I Parked next to you then walked roud the lakes checking it out - anyone one on here? Also, got overtaken by a red on near chichester (i was in trafic), again yesterday - any takers - you saw me I think . Someones got to spot me !!!!!

If any of you VR6 owners are really worried, I will swag you my 8 Valver. I can easily get 45 on my way to work and if im in granny mode can get late 50's on the MFA - now thats impressive !!!! :D

Black VR6 parked very close to my C in Waterfront car park, Eastbourne – nice surprise after work . Not sure what time you came or went but I saw you at about 5ish. Any one on here ?

I think I have had my fair share of being stung...... 320 E reg BM when I was 18 @ £1200. 1.6 Vectra P reg when I was 23 @ £540 (horrible, why did i buy it again?). 2.5 24V6Mitsubishi Gallant @ £750 (seriously quick) 2ltr 8 Valve Corrado @ £500 (best car to drive) The worst bit is if you add up for every year that you have been driving - thats a shocker!

ooooh this could be the same lady in white that blew me away at the lights in E/bourne.....no not like that..... :D
