you did the old washer jet trick on me the other day..... couldn't see a thing mind you was quite impessive for the rocco to get that close to satans corrado :D think i'll turn my rear washer round so i can get lorries instead of pedestrians he he :lol:

what engine you got? Had a mk2 gti a while back.. lost 1st and 2nd...then 5th was all down to a 3in nylon linkage juat behind the gearbox. if that's the case 80p from ARE. hope that's helped good luck

it's a 1.8 gt2 carb engine. not the fastest but still a bit of fun. whole car is very clean. was lucky to find one in this condition.

i've got there details, trying to get money out of them. Flat broke myself so out of my pocket is not really an option. Thanks for the sympathy though... she's my pride and joy

Some bugger just crashed into the back of my mk1 gti :mad: Needs a rear bumper, rear panel and lights. Got 2 repair quotes for it £766 and £300 Worried if she goes through insurance they'll write the car off and give me a pathetic list price. Any ideas of what that'll be and what i should do are welcome..... help......... :cry:
