    I've got all the bit to fix the flap so it blows on screen but now after a while heat hot the all of a sudden it blow cold air any know why it does that is it the matrix knacked :mad:

    Well I end up changing both sensors but the sensor that sits behind the one on oil cooler in niot sure its the right one so goin see what happens going give baby a service next week end and fit the part to the heater so i think thats goin to be fun :?

    Well did the wires to sensor the other day and buzzer did not go of touch wood going take her for a good run tomorrow see if it goes of then :oops:

    Just orded the bit be here on wednesday so will try and fit it then any got an idea how to keep the flap in right place till then so i can see were im going :(

    Anyone know of good vw dealer with a good parts department as the one here is crap and they not got a clue :(

    Oil is fine will have look at the water tomorrow I've just done the wire on sensors see it that fixs it :(

    Is the oil pump inturnal or exturnal and is it safe to keep using the car ~Going try the wires first see if the sorts it out :(

    still not got the bits to fix the problem can not find what joins to cogs together and been vw dealers and keep getting different part number it not the 2 arm that move it the cog that opens the flap but cannot find part number for it :(

    wires on sensor think they gave it a quick blast with preasure washer as i did not ask for engine to be full cleaned

    Thank you guys Well just remebered I took it for a valet and it did not do till after it a been valeted wonder if its water in the wiring oe something like that :(

    now you have lost me so what you saying is get a oil pressure test to c how the pump is but is there anther sensor behind for warning light could it be that playing up :D

    Hi Guys This is doing me head in oil warning light and buzzer going of whille driving uphill the raddo is up to it oil marker on the dipstick what can it be need help please :( I've fitted new oil preasure switch some time again I wonder if it the oil warning sender breaking down

    £10.05 plus vat for plastic cog what a rip off and there none in stock any were :cry:

    Well the cog is not there nothing left of it any one got the part number for it and what hold it in place :roll:

    is there any chance one of you guy's got a draw of what i'm looking for so i dont take the wrong think bits if cog dead will vw have them in stock or is it best go get one of a scrapper first and is it a standard part on all vw :(

    Hi guys wonder if you can help got a 90 corrado 16v the heat does not blow air onto the windowscreen only blows out of the vents in front of dash any got idea what can be wrong :(
