can you help, when i go into a roundabout the steering goes heavy and squeaks when comming out it staightens up but the steering wheel is a quarter turn left, then a few seconds later it straightens up but makes the car swerve, obviously at speed this is really dodgy :iamwithstupid: i know the front left balljoint needs renewing but i dont think that is the prob(not sure) i think the bushes are shot, anyone responding to this message instantly becomes a legend and maybe get an mbe oneday. hope that makes sense? cheers

Having let my girlfriend take my corrado while at work she filled my baby with 4star lead replacement when i got home the car will not start, saying this i have had recent probs with clifford con300 (no noise indications). i got told 4star would fire but run like poo i have also been told alarm can stop fuel pump working. i told my bird how to use the alarm but took for granted that she knew what juice to put in, She is now recovering from an attack from a masked man in our local hospital, apparantly the attacker was my build and wore the same size 9 timberlands as me  so would the corrado fire( i know i have to drain fuel anyway) or could the alarm stop fuel pump working. If i was married id file for divorce

you legend, after renewing fuel filter, plugs, leads, rotor arm, coil and complete power flow system i found a 3" split on the air intake, when the car was ticking over i pulled this split apart a little and she died, started her up again squeezed the split together and the revs picked up(their was me worrying about injectors). Having had the power flow system fitted when the car was poorly i have not driven it to its potential as next job is new cambelt. will i get alot better performance with powerflow? Does anyone know how long the vw stealers put warranty on cambelt, if at all? Cheers guys i can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel after buying the corrado of a complete n## jockey who spent all his money making it look nice and left all the important stuff, like actually getting it to run properly. no doubt something new will pop up in the next month. Happy motering people :-P

aide, cheers for your reply mate, think i was being a bit of a girl when trying to get the injectors out. Once out do u think oxy clean would be strong enough to clean them up? thanx again :D

poor responce, jerking at low revs, must keep revs high to pull away, can't be driven slow. Cheers

benji16v, Hello fellow C man, i noticed you said you removed injectors to clean. After removing fuel lines to injectors i noticed that they move freely but are difficult to get out i didnt want to pull at them to hard as i may have messed the thread up on the injectors, i hope that made a little sence to u? any help to get these little babbies out, Thanx Benji16v

Can anyone help me? I've owned a corrado 16v for 6 months and already spent what i paid for it on work, very jerky and unresponsive in low revs (can be felt slightly at 50mph). already renewed plugs, leads, rotor arm, distributer cap and exhaust system. Unable to remove injectors?do you have to take out complete bar to get to them?could they be blocked
