Thankyou. Yea I took it apart and its not the plastic legs but I think I've figured it out. I've got it back working but I can't get the plastic housing to snap back in place and still work. So it sitting outside the dash for the moment. Someone offered me 35euros for one. Is that a good idea? Thanks :)

Does anyone know the speed inwhich the rear spoiler goes up on a US spec 90 G60? This will help.

Well, I just bought my 90 G60 which means I also just got my first speeding ticket. I don't think its my fault (naturally) but I do think I know the problem. I'm pretty sure the speedo is off but I'm not sure by how much. I know that the rear wing raises at a certain speed. I thought I read somewhere that is at 47mph but I'm not sure. Can someone please fill me in. I'd much rather spend $150 on the car and not because of the car. Thanks, Stephen PS Any input will help alot. :roll:

I get the same darn red light someties too. I'm guessing its electrical because I too had the coolant flushed and the water level is fine. The light sure is scary though. Hasn't happened for a week or so though. Mine also will run at the 230 mark if I drive for a while then idle, but the oil temp rarely goes over 200. I've in a Car & Driver mag that the oil should go over 200 every now and again. Is this true? Also, one time the oil jump from not reading it to 200 back down to 140 ect. What is that? I'm new to the Corrado world. Just fixed my headlight switch. I wondering if there are any Corrado shops over here in the states? The shipping over seas is a little out of my budget. Any suggestions wold help alot. PS VW will charge you $70.00 dollars for a light switch. :evil:

Hey thanks guys. I'm a newbie here so I can use all the help you can give. Also if I ask something dumb let me know so I don't look like an idiot. Anyone know how to get the switch out? Could it be a relay? :notworthy:

I just bought a 1990 G60 and I love it. But the headlights won't come on. I know its neither the fuses or the lights so I'm guessing its the switch its self. Can anyone help??
