Hi. Depends on the condition of your engine however Vince has got 215bhp from 268 cams on a 2.9l VR6. They are not just for over bore engines. The 268's Vince used were not these special hollow ABT items that allow for a much more free revving cylinder head that is also due to less weight. This was on a standard engine I believe. You will see good power and torque gains particular at the top end. 268's are quite liveable cams. If you want to do any future mod like induction , cylinder heard or exhaust work then the cams will love the extra air then do a remap at Stealth and you should have a v nice engine. Many thanks, Will

Hi everyone! I have finally decided to sell my extremely rare ABT 268 VR6 camshafts. I have had them micro polished and they are in good condition oiled and sealed in cam bags and boxes ready to go. They are from my super rare 3.1 ABT corrado so have a cool bit of corrado vr6 history attached. The car was the show car for Mykoo motorsport who were the sole importers for ABT back in the 90's. The car was featured in Maxpower (yes well!!) of which I have a copy!. They have a special hollow centre design that makes them abound 4lbs lighter per cam allowing for faster rotational response in high revving engines. Powerful cams that release loads of power. As you can see form the pics the lobes and bearings have just been micro polished (£40) and are in great condition ready to fit. I have been holding on to them however I could do with the funds for a new project. I am wanting £300 + £10 postage for them. Cash on collection from Bath, Somerset or Paypal please. Thanks, Will 07747862800 [email protected] ***REDUCED to £200 + £10pp for quick sale!*****

Hey Kevin think that's my ABT Corrado your referring to! It was a mykoo motorsport demo car as they were importers for abt in the 90's. Even featured in max power you know! :-0 I got the car in 2002 Still have the car. Sadly after much use the engine let go and I regret selling the stroked crank although i did get good money for it. The car was getting 12.40 quarter mile on 100 shot of nitrous at inters one year. Had it off the road for several years however she lives again. It's now supercharged with nos so 310bhp + 100 nitrous. I still have the ABT 288 /272 cams that I am undecided whether to sell of keep!

SCHRICK VR6 INTAKE MANIFOLD OBD1 I have this listed on ebay if anyone is interested. Item number is 300727697184 They don't come up very often any more so thought I would post on here to generate so more interest. Great condition polished Schrick manifold. Gaskets recently replaced. Fit OBD 1 cars. Comes with vacuum lines, vacuum cylinder and servo valve. Does not come with the rpm controller which was unreliable and not needed as I was running stand alone management. If fitting without standalone all that is needed is an rpm activated switch from msd or similar company for little money this also allows you more control over when the internal plate opens up. Worked well and made a HUGE difference to the torque and power delivery on my VR6 12v engine. Very sad to see it go however my supercharge needs a short runner and charge cooler so must sell to pay for it. These are going for silly money new @ £1000+ so I think my starting price on ebay of £400 is fair. Thanks

Hi All, After scouring the web I have had no joy in sourcing vortech charger pulleys in the UK or Europe for that matter. Trying to avid the high postal costs for a USA import. Does anyone know of a good place? Does anyone make them? Looking for a 2.25" to go on a V9. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello All, After the cam jumping a tooth following a head gasket change the VR has developed this awful squeaking grinding noise! Was only for a second then the chain reset. I have since the tooth jump stripped the head completely and rebuilt it and machined it flat, manifolds cleaned inspected with new gaskets all round, new spark plugs, new top chain tensioner, new aux belt, full set of new hydraulic followers. I also had the cams micro polished and all looks fine. All the guides, chains, tensioners, piston rings, crankshaft regrind with new bearings this summer. The noise only occurs once the oil is up to temp starting at around 60c and is at its worst when at normal oil temp of around 90c+. The noise is below the head around the intermediate shaft area which is leading me to think that the already high milage bearings may have gone under the extra load from the cam tooth jumping. The intermediate shaft bearings were the only things I did not change. The oil pump is only a couple of years old. Thoughts would be appreciated please. I have done so much and am really demoralised after engine out twice this summer :-( Noise link via youtube is below! Thank you
