Mmmm, I like those shiney bits 8) They would be wasted on me though as I don't lift the bonnet at all during winter, so they'd get covered in that nice fluffy white scaley stuff! Are you going to laquer them or leave them bare? You like your dynamat. I can heartily recommend dynamat extreme on the bonnet and then covered with Hoodliner, which is nice and shiney like your engine parts  It works too...much quieter than the standard crumbley foam pads. How much does the dynamat cut down on noise i have done all the inside exept my roof and the floor under the front seats to the dash(waiting on the rest of the retrim) but under the hood is bare for now..I thought about it but im wondering how much it will really help....also hows the heat with it?Does the motor get hot

I am also a high reving g60 fan and also ran in to this. If you look over seas you can find that TT makes a one way valve for the isv I did that and the ISV reroute and to this day the only problem i hav had was because i was running a 58mm pulley on the charger. pics of the motor with ISV reroute I will get a better pic tomorrow

thanks guys i will post up some more pics when the fenders are done .Lets just say i changed them up a bit from those pics.I have gone a little wider then that and now should have less rubbing issues with the car loaded and the coils turned down. I have been welding all night and hope to have it all finished up tomorrow and ready for filler. I thought i was going to ned a new 1/4 for a while but i got it all worked out and i have my fingers crossed that it wil look as planned if not better..... AS for interior i plan on a welchers cage after a few more months. but for now i redid the leather on the 1/4 pieces and doorcards. I added 6.5inch MB Quart seperates in the doors and 1/4's other plans are parcel trays and euro seatbelts as soon as i can one find the parts at a reasonable price and two come up with some extra cash or find some one that would love the US spec stuff  Stereo plans also include 4 10'' subs the 4 6.5 seperates a set of 5.25 seperates the 4inch dash speakers (also seperates) and the 4/6 2ways in the stock location in the rear. I have all mbquart speakers and mp3 player is alpine same with the eq.My amps total 3300 watts for everything and there are 3 MTX thunder amps that will be running it all with power to spare.

My g60 is going to be really really low and i have come in to a problem and have no clue how to get around it.The cv shafts are hitting the framerails in the front. The rear still has movement if you jump on it theres still play but the front wont go any lower. the suspention is all still in the works but if it work out i will post pics and stuff.....just think custom :) any ideas to make this work can i notch the fram or will it make it to weak for the street? I need somone creative on this one. No idea is to dumb. just post it and no the car wont be lifted up at all  Thanks Russell

ok my white g60 is about to be put together for a driver. Im thinking 5lug would be cool and sold my RM's .I have a set of speedlines sitting here and was thinking they would be hot polished. after finding a pic and having a friend photoshop the car lower this is what he came up with Now here are the questions what tire do i run? either a205 or 195/50 15.....or 195/45/15 next question....Stock finish or polish them .... Any comments welcome, and by the way im not worried about ride, when the cars that low you cant even call it ride quality :D

Im running a 205/40/17 on the front and a 215/40/17 in the rear the fronts are 9 and the rear are 9.5. here are some more pics of the front fenders. Before the bumper was heated to fit the fender After heating The rears are going to be harder after spending time yesterday looking at it i am going to split the inner and outer 1/4 pannel. Im goin g ot metal shape the outer just like i did the front. then im going to weld the inner up higher to allow the car to sil lower and get the tire up in the wheel well farther without rubbing issues. I want the car to sit low but not have to worry about rubbing. the fronts with the car lowered all the way down on pss9's i can turn the wheel all the way and drive with no rubbing at all. Just another pic to add to the thread

The 9.5 on an rs301 does require alot of work to the rear... this is a pic of what 9.5 in the rear and non modded arces looks like. And to drive the car sitting at that level is impossible The front fenders had to be pulled 1inch to fit the 9. the rear in order to lower the car and not rub will almost need to be pulled 2inch Russ is a froot... :hic: What is a froot???? somone drunk????

Love it, and welcome. Thanks for once theres no bashing of the wheels.Vortex is full of haters. :nono:

Thanks guys,The wheels do have kodiak motorsports lips on them. to make them 17/9 and 17/9.5 from the standard 17/7.5. I am pulling the fenders myself and doing 90% of the body work on it myself.I was going to spray the car but im scared to.Im going ot have a friend of mine come and help me spray it or atleast watch over me as i do. The color is going to be more of a purple blue color. Lee you can message me anytime about the H.I.D's you have hepled me out alot...its the least i can do...it was simple and helped out more then i ever would have thought. Thanks again guys

The paint in the bay is the color the full car will be.When i pulled the motor i figured i should spray it then to make things easy. the red connectors will be pulled off once i get the new intake setup on there.

Im looking to see what pieces people have polished, chromed,or gold plated. covers that were made to hode or dress up the bay. Did you make the part or do the work your self or was it purchased. As you can see my bay needs some dress up... Thanks Russell
