I found the problem, I think, Its the speaker. I just disconnected the speaker and it has stopped and hasn't come back. I will have to open the door cards now and check the speaker. Alan

I am getting this vibration inside the drivers side door panel. Sounds exactly like a mobile phone vibrating. Not sure what it is. But it kinda was near the speaker pod. I turned off the engine and turned it on again and it seems fine. Its done this twice now. Any ideas? Alan

Took the car to G-Werks. The car runs well now, with a defenite increase in power. However, Can the MFA give wrong information? For example: On the way, I filled her up in shell drove all the way to london, did about 98 miles and filled her up. Only had to put £10.88 which means it gave around 37 mpg. But the MFA was in 23mpg slowly increasing to 25.7 , but thats towards the end of the journey. Cannot figure out why.. Anyone had the same problem? Cheers Alan

Thats not the actual colour, it is a different shade of blue with a share od purple. One off colour. Unfortunately this camera cannot differentiate colours properly, I will try to take good pics of it with a different cam. Alan

Are you running the Stage 4 charger? if so, what chip are you running.. My pockets are getting empty by the minute. Last week alone I filled the car up twice paid £101 :( and did very little miles....... Oh well, Looking forward to my trip to G-Werks to sort this problem out. Alan

Booked an appointment for next tuesday. Good news. I just calculated my recent figures: 252 miles for £40. Thats about 25 mpg. Can I still get more. Most of that miles were 50+ mph. Cheers Alan

Hello all, I changed the blue and the black sensors from GSF, but no difference. The water temp gauge in the dash is still not working. I noticed that the revs are always at 1100RPM and sometimes comes to 900 RPM. This was from the time I bought the car. Is this normal and is this the reason why my fuel consumption is bad, as I would be using fuel in traffic i.e. engine running at 1100 RPM. Is there any way to sort this problem out? My wallet is getting empty. (reminds me of the decay rate curve) Please help. Thanks Alan

I am suspecting it to be the coolant sensor because the water temp gauge on the dash is not working and the sensor is next to the coolant gauge isnt it? if so, may be the coolant gauge. here is another pic

It has got a Jabba chip I think, as the charger was all done by jabba sport. But 70 is a bit unreasonable right? This is the engine bay at the moment. Do you think that the coolant level is low and may be that is causing something to do with the water red light appearing on the dashboard at times and the car drinking too much fuel?

Is it normal to have the water temp light up(red light) on the dashboard for about 30 seconds sometimes and then disappear. Also, the oil temp shows 114 max at times and is always more than 96 once the engine heats up. The water temp gauge on the dash isn't working either. Would that be a problem? Sorry to keep asking some silly questions as I previously owned a simple ford escort and this is totally new stuff. Cheers Alan
