  1. Hi Guys Thanks for that Sorry did a search and couldn't see anything but there were hundreds of threads come up ! Will go for the smaller one I think, 45 delivered is a bargain for the slimmer one as that's the 60 squid one !
  2. Hi Guys Looking to get a bottom spoiler for the rado as it never had one when I got it, could somone tell me I have a 90/91 rado and the spoiler offered is from a 95. I know it's slimmer then the early one's but this would help me with the lowered suspension but wondered if they are the same size width ways etc and it's just a height differnce. Thanks Dave
  3. Hi Guys I now need a new set of hoses as it's got a leak...somewhere (very tiny) and the bottom hose is softer then bazil brush. Is there anywhere that does them as Samco say they are not available or anybody got any good suggestions ? Thanks Cookie
  4. I only stick in Super with my 1991 1.8 16v, now the cam is timing properly and tuned properly it's like a fighter jet sound and the miltec always puts a smile on your face !
  5. 90.5K and just been tuned and running like 40K !
  6. Hi Guys Just looking over the brake system and the hose from the main servo and the (technical part) thing behind the heatshield ...lol It's a rubber blue hose similar to fuel pipe. Could someone look at their and tell me what type of pipe it should be as I think there is a possibility of another bodge it. If anyone has a spare even better :) Thanks Dave ps going in for a tune and the mixture sorting so tomorrow night should be happy days !!!
  7. vr6 were not too bad but have to take the long way around to everything, up here in Ballaugh. No mine is the Silver, has shitty 5 spoke tsw 's at the mo but have some 17s ready, not perfect but look better then what's on !
  8. thanks Gavin will give it a go. Got the dizzy fitted and put the missing bolt in so the dizzy has 2 bolts holding in not just 1.....why do people do half jobs !
  9. no what you mean, like prison here if your not out in time, but it's crap weather so practice and racing hasn't been on. lol vr6, still learing lots not done a radiator on one of these yet. the rado is a great car to learn on. I have a calibra too which i am learning so much on. Considering I work in an office Im not doing bad these days ! Managed to get the rado idling well now and still going around replacing the missing bolts ( and hopefully will get the black smoke stopped soon and can start on the bodywork.
  10. muat admit I was thinking that today, checked the revs against the MFA and it's 95% correct so think I'll move on.
  11. bad news, the allen shaped bolt seems to of been rounded off ( think this will need a metering head, dont oyu think or could I just use a vice grip and adjust it, what you think ?
  12. Great guys, thanks. will have a go today, unfortunetely dont have a CO sensor so gonna have to temporary adjust it for now and take it in the garage to get it properly checked, unless anyone else has any other suggestions.
  13. firstly appologiase if it shouldn't be here but went on the fact it's inside   I have just been playing with my tacho as it wasn't working, another bodge it job ! I started inspecting the circuit board and noticed that there is a component blown, if you look on the side view between 1500 and 2000 rpm on the guage, it seems to be (what's left) a brown type resister/transister and wondered if anyone can get a picture or can identify what it is so I can replace it ? Good news is though I have got it working again by puting it back in the cluster correctly ! Thanks guys Dave (again) :)
  14. thanks Grade A, thought I'd checking but checking for so much at the moment I can never remeber !, sorry )
  15. Hi guys Does anyone have a guide on what's available and how to access them ? Heard a hidden rev counter is available and mine isn't showing oil temp, I gather this just means the sensor is knackered !? Thanks Dave
