  6. You could get the wheels milled down 10mm or so, you would just need to find a place with clamps big enough to fit the wheels in.
  7. manifold came in the post today and im well pleased with it. but i have now decided im gonna get my mate to fit it who is a mechanic. cant be bothered with the headache of fitting it
  8. Thats good then! only changing it as the standard one is cracked. Recon i might have to upgrade the front engine mount as i have been told the stanless ones crack more easly with movement. but hopefully my mate is gonna machine one up for me :D
  9. ok nice one just gives me a bit of an idea of what i need to do instead of struggling. i knew it was gonna be a pain to do but im on a bit of a tight budget as im buying a house. Did you notice any difference after your manifold was changed? i take it you have a G-works one? Thanks
  10. I have got my G-works manifold on its way and looking to change it over this weekend! it is on a corrado g60 How easy is it to do? Can i do it without removing the inlet manifold? or is it best to just remove it? and will i be able to remove all the studs from the top of the car as it will be on my drive.
  11. im trying to work out what the colour of my rado is! not sure if it is moonlight blue or midnight blue? its a 1992 G60 my paint code is LC5M

  15. Anyone know where i can buy some H&R 15mm wheel adapters from? i cant seem to find some anywhere.
  16. Have you checked the fuse? there is one for each headlight
  17. cheers for the coments guys! I think i will look into getting 5mm taken off them and source some smaller adaptors. i really want to fit these rims as i have spent a lot of time referbing them and prob wouldnt get the money back on them if i were to sell them. i take it i would have to get the tyres taken off to get the wheels milled
  18. As long as it looks right im not to bothered about the height, as i only really use it on the weekends and maybe one evening in the week. As soon as the vr sells i will have some funds to play about with it.

  22. so whats it like with people in the back or is it a no go :( is it an easy job for a body shop to do? also what sort of price? they need to be sprayed anyway as one arche has a dent in it and the other is scratched. i know the colour code is LC5M is this midnight blue?
  23. Hi people, i got these wheels of ebay a couple of years they are porsche oz racing 3 piece split rims 7x16 front & 8x16 on the rear. (im not sure of the et tho) and have been building them up since to fit to my corrado vr6. this was a no go as they stuck out over 3" on the rear. so i was pretty gutted! fronts fitted spot on. now i have a g60 and thought i would try and fit them on her. they still stick out but nowhere near as much. i have got 25mm H&R adapters, can i safely go any lower than this or would it be better to roll and flare the arches? what are my options?
  24. ok thaks for your help guys, i have just placed an order for a manifold from G-werks. and glad i did as he was really helpfull. top chap should be here be4 christmas
